Physical Education Assignment

Click on pages in the header and go to Track & Field or Track & Field Records.

Pick one of the following events: 60/100 meter dash, 200 meter, 400 meter, 4x100 meter relay, running long jump, triple jump, high jump, discus throw,  or shot put.

Watch the youtube video for this event and list two things you need to do to be successful in this event.

List the World record and FMS record for the event you choose.

 * If you are a Female, you need to tell me the Female Records and if you are a Male, you need to tell me the Male Records for the event you choose.
