YOGA PRESENTATION

Goal: Create your own Yoga Presentation including 12 poses in a small group. Presentation must include the flowing poses: 2 muscle toning, 2 balances, 2 stretches, and 1 resting pose. All poses that allow a counter balance, must be included. Your presentation must flow smoothly from pose to pose.
Directions:
1. Go to: yogajournal.com
2. Click on “Poses”
3. Click on “Build a Sequence”
4. Create
Tips:
1. Make sure you can perform the poses (not too difficult)
2. Practice (you will have to hold each pose for 10-20 seconds)
3. Memorize
Print out your yoga sequence and bring to your teacher the day of your presentation.
